Be Ready to Sweat

This class is for those who are looking for a more “sweaty” endurance style workout. These classes do not utilise barbells, but do not be fooled into thinking they are easier! We use dumbbells, body weight movements, wall balls, odd objects and of course the cardio equipment. There is less emphasis on pure strength and more focus on a longer type of workout.
